Pasa Puchah Guthi UK Hosts a Memorable Annual Picnic at Parliament Hill
London, 10th July 2023 - Pasa Puchah Guthi UK, London organized its annual picnic on Sunday, 9th July 2023. The event took place at the picturesque Parliament Hill, attracting over 100 enthusiastic participants from different parts of the UK. The picnic commenced with an assortment of starters, including the ever-popular chatpate and pasta. Attendees were also treated to sandwiches for their snack, followed by the mouthwatering Newah Bhoye, as the main course, allowing participants to savour the authentic flavours of Nepalese cuisine. The weather proved to be an ideal companion for the occasion, blessing the event
with beautiful sunshine and gentle breeze throughout the day. The attendees engaged in a variety of exciting games and activities, making the picnic an event to remember. There was an exhilarating display of a Nepali kite soaring high in the sky, capturing
the attention and fascination of many attendees.
The picnic also featured an array of captivating games that brought smiles and laughter to everyone. Participants enthusiastically took part in the traditional Spoon race, where coordination and speed were put to the test. Another engaging activity was the popular game of 'Fasi Paa Waa' - 'Come cut the Pumpkin', which required participants to demonstrate their accuracy and precision. Additionally, the ever- entertaining game of Bingo added an element of friendly competition, creating an atmosphere of community and excitement. Notable figures from the Nepalese community also, graced the event with their presence.
